Over the last three years, The Advanced Practice has grown into something much larger than I originally imagined.
What began as a mission to help clinicians build better practices and avoid the pitfalls I endured, has evolved into a community of providers who are quite literally shaping the future of healthcare.
Every day, we have the opportunity to work alongside clinicians who believe there is a better way to deliver care.
They believe patients deserve more personalized experiences, stronger relationships, better outcomes, and a level of support that extends beyond a single office visit.
They believe healthcare should focus on optimization, prevention, and long-term transformation rather than simply managing symptoms as they arise.
We share that belief.
From the beginning, our work has been driven by a simple idea: if we want healthcare to improve, we have to help clinicians build stronger businesses.
The traditional healthcare model has conditioned providers to believe that clinical excellence alone is enough. In reality, the practices creating the greatest impact today are combining exceptional clinical care with exceptional business execution.
They understand patient experience and retention.
They understand communication and how to build systems that create consistency, scale, and measurable outcomes.
Most importantly, they understand that a profitable practice is not something to apologize for. Profitability creates options.
Profitability allows practices to hire great people, invest in better technology, improve the patient experience, expand access to care, and continue innovating.
For that reason, our mission has never been education for the sake of education.
Our mission has always been implementation.
We have never been interested in helping clinicians collect more information. We have been interested in helping them turn knowledge into action and action into results.
That is why we built clinical programs instead of simply teaching concepts.
That is why we built frameworks, templates, systems, and implementation resources.
That is why we continue investing in tools that shorten the distance between learning something and successfully deploying it inside a practice.
We believe that every investment a clinician makes in their growth should create a measurable return.
It should help them improve patient outcomes and create a better experience.
It should help them increase revenue and build a more valuable business.
And ultimately, it should help them create greater freedom and opportunity for themselves and their families.
Over the last three years, we have learned an important lesson.
The greatest barrier to growth is rarely knowledge. It’s implementation.
Most clinicians already know enough to create meaningful change in their practices. What they need are systems, support, infrastructure, accountability, and execution.
That realization is shaping everything we are building next.
The future of healthcare will be built by clinicians who embrace longitudinal care, focus on measurable outcomes, reject fragmented and siloed approaches to health, and create businesses capable of sustaining that mission.
We believe providers should be at the forefront of that future and own the patient relationship.
We believe they should build the companies and create the enterprise value.
And we believe they should be recognized not only as clinicians, but as leaders, operators, innovators, and entrepreneurs.
The next chapter is about removing even more friction between learning and implementation. It is about creating more opportunities for clinicians to generate results from the investments they make in themselves and their businesses.
It is about building the infrastructure that helps great providers execute at a higher level.
Our commitment remains the same as it has always been.
We exist to help clinicians build practices that create extraordinary outcomes for patients while creating extraordinary opportunities for the people who own them.
Everything we are building next is designed to make that mission even more achievable. We are incredibly proud of what we have built together so far, and we are even more excited about where we are headed.
If you visit our website today, you’ll notice something is missing. The version of The Advanced Practice you’ve known for the last three years is no longer there, and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s coming next.
